Amazing 1926 Program from a silent movie theater in St. Johns, Oregon.
The theater was called McCreadie's Venetian.
It is now the St. Johns Twin Cinema.
They play talkies now!
Incredibly rare Portland, Oregon history.
The note with the program says that movies were only shown for one or two days before they were changed out.
About 75% of all silent films were lost to time and damage.
I wonder how many of these still exist?
